WSP’s Asset & Network Performance team has welcomed three new senior recruits: Pascal Felix, Michael Bushby and Greg Evans.

General Manager for Transport Services Richard Boggon said the three senior appointments strengthen the teams’ professional services capability in emerging technologies, improving and optimising transport and road network performance, and managing infrastructure assets.

‘Appointed as Intelligent Transport Executive, Pascal Felix joins the firm after spending the last seven years as Executive Director for Main Roads Western Australia.

‘Pascal is a future-focussed strategic leader with experience in driving transformational change in the transport industry – both in the passenger and freight sectors.

‘His appointment bolsters our Intelligent Transport team and follows the recent promotion of Scott Benjamin to the role of Technical Director, Intelligent Transport Systems.'

Michael Bushby has joined the firm in a consulting capacity.

‘Michael is the former Executive General Manager for Asset and Infrastructure Services at Leighton and Ventia. Prior to this he was Chief Executive of the NSW Roads and Traffic Authority and led the Tasmanian’s Department of Transport’s road asset management program. Michael is also Chair of New Zealand company EROAD.

‘Our third new recruit, Greg Evans is the former Executive Director for Asset Maintenance with NSW Roads and Maritime Services.

‘In his director role with Roads and Maritime, Mr Evans led the Asset Maintenance Division, with over 2,500 staff and a budget in excess of $1.5 billion per year.

‘Both Michael and Greg complement our growing Asset Management team, which is headed up by Steve Cooley.’ Mr Boggon concluded.

Felix, Bushby and Evans joined the business in February and are working in regional capacity across Australia and New Zealand.
