Minter Ellison Special Counsel, Sarah Barker and WSP Associate Director, Brendan Tapley held a breakfast briefing in our Melbourne office yesterday, Tuesday 2 May, to redefine the corporate risks associated with climate change.

Sarah has practised as a corporate lawyer for nearly two decades, and has spent the last five years specialising in the emerging liability risks to boards and senior executives associated with environmental, social and governance issues.

 

Brendan is an Associate Director in our Sustainability team with experience assessing climate risks on property and infrastructure portfolios, in Australia and the UK. He has worked with institutional property investors on a range of sustainability topics including climate risk, carbon reporting and compliance, energy management and energy efficiency.
