Wayne Bretherton, WSP’s Director of Property & Buildings says, “The WiP program is an integral platform for us to create a diverse and inclusive property industry which sets out to increase the number of women in senior leadership positions by providing networking and professional development opportunities.
“Since launching in 2016 with an initial target of 100 participants, the program has now expanded to feature 500 participants. This is testament to the program’s strength and its importance to the property industry.
“Watching previous participants grow professionally has been extremely rewarding.
“Congratulations to our 2019 participants and I look forward to helping champion greater diversity and inclusion in our firm.”
