Ana will be joined by a broad range of industry professionals in the program which matches those who exhibit strong leadership potential with experienced industry leaders. The program will run over 12 months where mentors and participants can meet frequently with one-on-one counselling and leadership development.
Ana has successfully led teams on various large transport infrastructure projects in various roles, most recently as the Submissions Manager on the Gawler Rail Electrification Project.
Over her 15 years at WSP, Ana has grown in her role and oversees all proposals for her Roads, Aviation and Civil team as Regional Executive. Ana hopes to continue this growth and believes that the Fellowship Program will allow her to grow and develop as a leader.
Ana says, “The unique opportunity to learn from others and seek advice from experienced leaders is both humbling and exciting, particularly when I take a moment to appreciate the current situation around the world.
“I hope I can take as many learnings from others as possible to shape the next chapter in my career, while establishing strong relationships with a network of people. The program will allow me to grow into further roles with more confidence and assertiveness.”
Ana will be our eighth consecutive WSP colleague to win a place in the annual RA program which really highlights the great leaders we have at WSP.
