Building Business Resilience Through Transformation and Managing Change

During these uncertain times, navigating the human impacts and helping people and organisations with their medium-to-longer term preparedness is becoming increasingly important in helping our communities to thrive.

With a firm focus on helping our clients build and shape effective organisations, WSP’s Advisory group recently welcomed both Isabelle Moss, Principal Consultant and Katherine Fellows, Senior Consultant as senior members of their Performance, Participation and Change team.

With over 30 years’ experience, Isabelle has successfully delivered transformation and operational change across a broad range of market sectors – rail, freight, aviation, water, energy, resources, education, construction and major contractors. This includes complex programs involving new technology, operating models, organisation design and change management.

“I’m passionate about helping clients achieve business improvements, making a difference for their community-shaping projects and programs. Through an evidence based, structured approach to problem solving and planning for execution I help deliver better outcomes for our communities and future generations,” says Isabelle.

Katherine is a people and change specialist based in Brisbane. She has designed change and development strategies for public and private sector teams across manufacturing, aviation, health, transport and utilities, and has a demonstrated record of supporting people and high performing teams to embrace more effective ways of working and implementing strategies to enhance performance.

“I help our clients align business, performance and cultural outcomes, and bridging the gap in understanding across all levels of the organisation,” says Katherine.

“Maintaining the economy through infrastructure projects and programs is critical. Ensuring people and their wellbeing are supported during these challenging times will be pivotal in delivering these major programs for communities.”

Kirsten Ruckert, National Executive of Performance, Participation and Change team adds, “There is an imperative to think differently, drive improvement and deliver better outcomes for our clients and communities. Our Advisory group is delivering value by working in partnership with our clients to identify opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness and in building business resilience. We are investing in growing our team to help our clients in effectively navigating their organisations, people and change.”
