In addressing the complex and evolving challenges created by COVID-19, WSP is taking a measured and considered approach to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of our people, clients, partners, stakeholders and the communities in which we operate.

We have implemented safeguards in compliance with official COVID-19 guidelines from the Australian Government (federal and state) and World Health Organization (WHO), and taken additional steps to help keep our communities safe.

In upholding our social responsibilities, we are doing everything we can to flatten the curve. While we remain fully operational and our offices are open, we are practicing social distancing and many of our people are working remotely as a precautionary measure. Non-essential domestic and international travel is suspended across WSP globally.

A business continuity management system is in place to reduce the impacts of the pandemic on our work and our clients. With collaboration at the heart of everything we do, our teams continue to support all our clients and their projects through modified working practices that include online collaborative technologies and meeting solutions.

Our people are receiving regular updates on the situation, our response and tools they can access to keep our projects running smoothly. We are providing our teams with the health support, hygiene and education required. We have specific procedures in places should an employee be diagnosed with COVID-19 or exposed to it.

Each day of this unprecedented situation brings unexpected challenges and together with our clients, partners and stakeholders, we are addressing them head on. WSP is a robust and agile firm. We have navigated many difficult situations in the past alongside our clients and we have the right contingency plans in place to ensure service continuity.
