To provide statutory and strategic planning expertise for our clients and their projects in the region, we are excited to welcome Sarah Watts, Associate Land Use Planner, to WSP.
Sarah says, "The way we plan for, design and implement change in our cities and landscapes directly impacts liveability. I will use my expertise to advocate for practical solutions - future ready solutions - to project challenges to improve the liveability of our cities and regions."
With over 12 years' experience in strategic and statutory planning, previously holding roles in government and consultancy, her expertise covers all facets of urban and regional planning including:
- Management of complex development applications
- Policy development
- Amending planning controls/frameworks
- Stakeholder engagement
Among her many responsibilities, Sarah will undertake planning due diligence and urban development advisory for our clients to achieve their desired land use outcomes and ensuring that their projects are future ready.
