‘Swing Glow Sweet Chariot’ at Vivid Sydney 2015

The redevelopment of this 12,500 m² site created a whole new creative facility for Chatswood, which is Australia’s third largest retail centre.

WSP Specialist Lighting collaborated with multidisciplinary partners to design the lighting for five new elevated railway stations and large expanses of open space, parklands, and community areas including 17km of new pedestrian and cyclist paths.

Located in Sydney, Artbank provides direct support to Australian contemporary artists through the acquisition and leasing of the artist’s work. They also promote the value of Australian contemporary art to the broader public.

All aspects of the design for this project revolved around the theme of innovate. Our interior lighting design solution was developed to meet the physical requirements of the nominated childcare service provider, Gowrie NSW.

Five-star art deco hotel located on Pitt Street in Sydney. A world class hotel with 172 guest rooms and suites, a spectacular roof-top pool and bar, restaurants and spa.

This project involved the refurbishment of four schools across NSW in Yass, Karabar, Braidwood and Queanbeyan.

The Tarrawarra Estate is located in the Yarra Valley, VIC. Our lighting designers re-imagined the cellar door experience, balancing shafts of daylight penetrating the underground space with intimate pools of light showcasing the wine.

The Australian Embassy is located within the embassy quarter in central Bangkok, Thailand. The project comprises three buildings: the chancery, Head of Mission’s residence and the entry and guardhouse pavilion. The lighting design highlights the distinctive building forms and elaborate landscaping and water elements.

Lighting design for eight new railway stations and precincts as part of the new Sydney Metro North West. The lighting design focuses on improving the passenger experience using light for way-finding and the creation of activated, welcoming and well-lit spaces throughout the project.

Light is a key ingredient in the award-winning design for Flinders University Student Hub and Plaza in Adelaide.
