Informing Property Investment

To help our clients maximise the return on their property investment, our team of experts assess and analyse the responsibilities, risks and mitigants with respect to commercial, environmental and technical issues for buildings.

Prior to a transaction, whether for a greenfield investment, asset acquisition, or a divestment, we work with our clients to understand their (or their target investor’s) goals and risk appetite. After devising a due diligence plan, our advisors provide input into business case development and program/project management. We then take the project from design phases to construction, commissioning and ongoing operations, maintenance and asset management planning.
