Work conditions are flexible and I have the opportunity to do some business development with the support of my team. People are interested in developing processes and work methods.

It’s the tangible outcome of a desire to be part of making a meaningful contribution to society. Many businesses talk about it, but few are equipped with a systematic method to prepare their clients for an unpredictable future. WSP does this brilliantly.

Questioning the status quo is naturally my style. I like to imagine things differently and uncover a business opportunity out of nowhere. These opportunities are often found hidden in old habits that inhibit innovation. Our culture encourages the stance of taking action and participating in generating new earnings.
