Assessing the environmental performance of a project or company, as well as its social implications, has become essential in a globalized economy influenced by climate change, sustainability, and financial risks, among other things.

Due diligence will vary depending on the circumstances. For investors and buyers, the important elements of the decision-making process are the assessment of the project business long-term viability and social acceptability, the understanding of environmental and social risks, and the ability to put the focus on sustainable solutions in risk management.

Through this webinar, a team from WSP and Meridiam will share their experience of the environmental and social due diligence process, specifically for domestic and international project financing and transactions, the challenges that can be encountered, winning conditions, and lessons learned.

Please note this webinar is presented in French.
