Ms. Nutten will lead the development of all human capital strategy at WSP.

WSP today announced the appointment of Zoe Nutten as Chief People Officer. 

Zoe brings 24 years of experience in the areas of People Strategy and Management, focused on talent strategy, broadening employee development programs, workplace transformation, professional development and resource staffing. She will lead strategic efforts around People & Culture, including strengthening a common culture, enhancing client-facing skills development and investing more in current and future leaders.

 

Most recently, as Vice President of Talent Strategy for Barrick Gold, Zoe had global accountability to develop and align Barrick’s human capital capabilities into an integrated talent strategy to support business objectives.
