With the theme of "Live Green, Live Better", the 2019 Beijing International Horticultural Exhibition is the largest of its kind in the world and is the largest international event hosted by China since the 2008 Olympics and 2010 Shanghai Expo.

Located on a 500-hectare site at the foot of the Great Wall north of the city, the 162-day expo is expected to attract 6 million visitors. Over 110 countries and international organizations are showing off their horticultural prowess with impressive pavilions to match.

Led by the Architectural Services Department (ASD), the "City of Contrast" themed 2,000 sq.m Hong Kong Garden reflects Hong Kong's contrasting urban and rural settings and comprises three components, namely the Pavilion, the Feature Wall and the Horticultural Garden.

WSP served as structural and MEP consultant engineer for Hong Kong Garden exhibit.
