The site covers more than 70,000 sq.m. and has a total above-ground GFA of 314,000 sq.m. The development consists of twelve blocks of 50-storey high residential towers on top of two-storey podiums. Facilities include podium car park, residents’ clubhouse, government accommodation, primary and secondary schools, and Social Welfare Department facilities.

The development was constructed in three phases, from 2007 to 2011.

We provided full civil, structural, geotechnical and MEP engineering consultancy for the whole development.
