The NEAT Tower project is the landmark complex of the New Songdo city development which comprised of 68 stories (305m) tower, convention centre, hotel & retail mall at the centre of NSC central business district. The tower features a faceted glass body that gently tapers towards the top, dividing the exterior up into a series of triangular planes. Inside, its 68-storey accommodate offices, apartments and a hotel, each with their own entrance lobby.

WSP worked with Gale International and Posco Engineering & Construction as the project/construction manager for the development, which celebrated its grand opening in July 2014.
