This is a proposed landmark complex development in Chengdu, China, with a site area over 31 Mu and total GFA over approximately 265,000 sq.m.
It is composed of international 'Grade A' offices, shopping mall, serviced apartments, residential units and a five-star hotel.
We have been the building services engineering consultant for the project and responsible for:
Full design services to the five-star hotel (53,000 sq.m.)
Peer review and advisory services to the office-commercial-residential tower (212,000 sq.m.)
Standing for Energy Efficient Buildings: WSP provided design consultancy services to help the new Global Headquarters for Infinitus Group achieves the optimal balance of thermal comfort and energy efficiency.
