Engineering and professional services consultant, WSP, has been successful in securing a place on the Homes England Multidisciplinary Framework with a total value of £100m over the next four years.

Commencing on February 2 2019, WSP will support Homes England and partner clients in delivering their share of the estimated 300,000 homes each year.The multidisciplinary teams at WSP will lead on land development services from pre-site acquisition through to construction management.

Since being involved in the previous two multidisciplinary frameworks, WSP will for the next four years engage with Homes England to ensure new developments are delivered with future generations’ interests at heart, by considering changes in the future of our mobility, energy and smart technology.

This latest win on public-sector delivery of housing builds on WSP’s recent appointment on to the new Development Management Services Framework with Oxford City Homes Ltd. which is responsible for delivering new affordable homes throughout Oxford.
