Sustainable Transport Strategy

WSP has been providing transport and development planning services on the project since 2007, looking 20 years ahead to ensure its strategy will continue to provide a sustainable, pleasant place to live, walk and cycle.

Our sustainable transport strategy has involved extensive consultation and collaborative working to propose street typologies and public realm treatments, forecast travel demand and assess capacity for pedestrians, cyclists, public transport and traffic.

It has also included feasibility studies to determine how much development the existing and improved infrastructure could support.
