This year, six WSP projects from Asia received the Award of Excellence at the prestigious Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) awards ceremony 2019. 

The awards will be presented at the upcoming Tall + Urban Innovation Conference in Shenzhen, China from 8-10 April 2019.

The CTBUH Annual Awards program recognises projects that have made extraordinary contributions to the advancement of tall buildings and the urban environment, and have achieved sustainability at the highest and broadest level.

Our winning projects are:

Best Tall Building 400 meters and above, and Structural Engineering Award: CITIC Tower, Beijing
WSP role: MEP and vertical transportation system consultant engineer

Best Tall Building 300-399 meters: China Resources Headquarters, Shenzhen
WSP role: MEP and vertical transportation system consultant engineer

Best Tall Building 300-399 meters, Interior Space Award, and Construction Award: Jumeirah Nanjing Hotel & Cultural Centre, Nanjing
WSP role: MEP and vertical transportation system consultant engineer

Construction Award: Hanking Center Tower, Shenzhen
WSP role: Structural, MEP and vertical transportation system consultant engineer

Urban Habitat - District/Master Plan Scale: One Shenzhen Bay, Shenzhen
WSP role: MEP and vertical transportation system consultant engineer

Urban Habitat - Single Site Scale: Tanjong Pagar Centre, Singapore
WSP role: MEP system peer reviewer
