Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower is a super skyscraper in Pham Hung Boulevard, Cau Giay district, Hanoi, Vietnam.

Project Status

This tower is part of a complex of residences and office towers, including a 70-storey office tower with a height of 306m and two 47-storey residence towers. There are also three podiums with carpark facilities, a convention centre, department store, and retail shops. 

On 2008, an agreement was signed between the towers’ management and the InterContinental hotels Group to operate the 428-room hotel in the tower as an InterContinental Hanoi landmark. Construction began in 2007 and was completed in August 2011. Total construction cost was at about US$1 billion.

WSP’s scope of work includes: design review for civil, structural, architectural, and mechanical and electrical drawings; schedule management; budget control; construction management; and quality assurance. 

The project received 2014 Best CM Practice Prize from KICEM (Korea Institute of Construction Engineering and Management).
