The project is a commercial building developed by Suning, one of the largest electrical appliance retailers in China.
It is located in the Lot B2C of Xuan Wu District of Nanjing City, and has a total GFA of approximately 242,000 sq.m.
We are responsible for building engineering consultancy as well as sustainability & LEED consultancy services for the project.
Standing for Energy Efficient Buildings: WSP provided design consultancy services to help the new Global Headquarters for Infinitus Group achieves the optimal balance of thermal comfort and energy efficiency. This way, energy costs will be kept at a lower level in the long run. The project is set to achieve LEED NC Gold Certification upon completion in 2021.
