Congratulations to Dr. Alex Cheung, Senior Associate, Sustainable Development and Environment, China Region on being elected as Honorary Secretary for the Engineers Australia (Hong Kong Chapter) for session 2019/2020 in the Institution’s 17th Annual General Meeting in March.

Taking up his role in April 2019, Alex will continue to be actively involved in coordinating and organising various seminars and technical visits for the Engineers Australia (Hong Kong Chapter).

The Engineers Australia (Hong Kong Chapter) was established in 2002 to provide a common platform for Hong Kong-based members of Engineers Australia to share experiences and knowledge through seminars, technical talks, social functions and technical visits. There are currently over 1,000 members in Hong Kong. The Chapter is managed by a dedicated volunteer Executive Committee, elected from the membership annually.
