CLIENT BRIEF/PROJECT CHALLENGES
Our role was to provide the Link Alliance with a flexible approach to managing the potential risks of financial claims from tunnelling damage. The extent of the survey was accessing every room, on every floor, in 85 central city, residential and commercial buildings.
A pre-condition report was automatically generated using our in-house developed ADT (Asset Decision Tool) software application for each individual owner. This included general building info, pictures, observations, and floorplans which spatially displayed the locations of these pictures. All crack widths and lengths were recorded using a crack gauge, to better compare to the post-condition assessment inspection.
WSP has had some additional comparison survey requests from building owners, looking for additional surveys and reports due to changes that are believed to be from the CRL construction works.
LIST OF PRIMARY SERVICES
Pre-condition reports for each owner outlining any preexisting damage to the interior or exterior of the building. These will be used to compare the post-condition survey upon completion of the CRL tunnel.
