With full operation in 2009, the expressway consists of eight main underground intersections, 11 entrance branches, and 12 exit branches, encompassing the longest double-tube (6 miles/9.6 kilometers), three-lane road tunnel in Southeast Asia.

We undertook civil and structural as well as mechanical and electrical consultancy services. Our responsibilities included the detailed design of the permanent and temporary works including authority submission and construction support.

As the mechanical and electrical consultant, we provided the preliminary design; detailed design; tendering; and construction stage services for such elements as the tunnel ventilation system, tunnel fire services system, tunnel environmental assessment, and the tunnel fire strategy and evacuation plan.
