A new extensive residential development is underway at Tsuen Wan Waterfront, and will be conveniently located atop the Tsuen Wan West Rail Station. With a total gross floor area (GFA) of 167,100 sq.m, the development will comprise of 9 residential towers that will accommodate over 2,400 units, as well as mixed-use facilities (including 40,000 sq.m of retail and GIC facilities) and its own two-level basement car park.

WSP serves as the MEP Consultant with responsibility for the building services design, mechanical and electrical systems design and installation, CSD/CBW preparation, sustainability design consultancy services, and fire engineering consultancy services. WSP also acts as the BEAM Consultant for the project. 

Our BIM Team also provides Building Design Coordination (BDC) service covering all disciplines from demolition to construction completion.  Demolition sequence study and animation to present are included.  BIM starts from Flat Mix Study for the new development.
