Contemporary design contrasts with revitalized, historic buildings
Complex, mix-use project involving redevelopment of post-industrial area in the Warsaw city centre. The complex will occupy 24,000 m² of service, retail and cultural space and 40,000 m² of modern A class office space. The building will also feature Open Museum of the Former Norblin Factory, BioBazar and three-storey underground car park. The architectural concept adds the contemporary part of the development, which is intended to contrast with the 10 revitalized, historic buildings. WSP provides full mechanical and electrical services’ design for the complex.
