The integrated, sustainable solutions in the buildings include heavy-duty ventilation system, effective air conditioning based on recovery heat pump system, efficient external lighting system, energy use monitoring in each tenant's space and modern, heat-resistant glass façade with shutters. The energy efficiency in building is on average 31% higher than in a standard building. Moreover, the BMS system is monitoring water use and water leakages.
The solutions allowed for obtaining Interim certificate for Stage I with Very good rating and for Stage II with Excellent rating in the certification BREEAM International 2009 office. The building has been awarded Office Development of the Year 2014 during CEE Investment and Green Building Awards gala, organised by Europa Property.
