Two high rise residential towers, located in the city centre, with total area of 45,000 m² and 23 floors each. The development comprises of 400 apartments and 3 levels of underground car park.
After 10 years of planning and building, K11 MUSEA opened its doors at Victoria Dockside on August 2019.

At 43 storeys, Strata SE1 was the tallest building in south London when it was completed. It is home to more than 1,000 people and is the first ever building with wind turbines integrated into the building form itself.
Salesforce Tower is an iconic building on the skyline of San Francisco, and the focal point of the Transbay redevelopment area. The tower is located in the SoMa (South-of-Market) district of San Francisco, above the new transit centre which is set to become a major transportation hub for West Coast USA. At a height of 1,000 ft., it is one of the tallest buildings west of the Mississippi river.
The Dalian East Harbour is a residential development in the rapidly expanding city of Dalian, a popular tourist destination in northeast China.
A 20 million ft² development including hotels, casinos, luxury apartments, a 600,000 ft² convention centre, a theatre and many high-end retail spaces. WSP was responsible for the vital building services infrastructure to support significant areas of this vast development, including the central plant.
The Barclays Center is a 19,000-seat arena in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. Home to the Brooklyn Nets basketball team, the arena hosts professional and college basketball games, concerts, fine arts performances, circuses, hockey tournaments, graduation ceremonies, trade shows and other events.
Apart from its extreme slenderness, it is perhaps the simplicity of 432 Park Avenue’s structure that has already made it a favourite landmark on the skyline. Designed by Rafael Viñoly, the building is a perfect square, with sides of 28.5m, and this regularity is echoed by the 3m x 3m windows punched into the frame, six on each side of the building.
53W53, formerly known as the MoMA Tower (or Torre Verre), is not just a super-slender tower but a work of art – as befits a building that will sit above New York’s Museum of Modern Art, and even house 50,000ft2 of additional gallery space in its lower floors.
