Zora² is a residential development comprising, besides elegant apartments, retail area and an underground parking. The investment is located in Wilanów, a green residential district of Warsaw. Despite calm surroundings free of big-city noise, the district is well communicated with the center of Warsaw.
WWAA architects’ vision was to create an elegant building complex in a green neighbourhood. The investment counts with 133 apartments (area between 60 and 175 m² each) and a ground floor destinated for retail points. Its basement will serve as an underground parking with independent parking platforms. The architectural concept contains also roof terraces, floor gardens and urban farming premises around the buildings. The roof terraces will be accessible via external staircases.
