Networks and associations
Through embracing technology development and welcoming new digital working methods, we enable a flexible workspace. Our teams are not confined to a place or hierarchy and we offer unlimited opportunities to keep in touch and learn from colleagues all over the world.
In many of our offices, both in Sweden and around the world, there are networks and associations run by our employees. The associations can be formed around anything from CAD / BIM, GIS, geo and rock technology and railway issues to sustainability. Our sustainability network is an important forum to share knowledge and networking within the company. Read more about WSP's sustainability network here.
Health and wellness
We encourage our employees to get more movement - in both in their everyday work and in their free time.
In addition to wellness grants, employees have access to several different internal sports associations, including yoga, kayaking or tennis.
As an employee at WSP, you also receive compensation for medical appointments.
Insurance and parental leave benifits
Our insurance protects you as an employee if something should happen at work or when you are on your way to or from work. With us, you also receive additional parental leave when you are at parental leave and pension insurance after retirement.
As an employee, you have the opportunity to rent our various holiday homes at a favourable cost. Our holiday homes are located in Åre, Sälen and on Tynningö in the Stockholm archipelago.
To reward good work efforts, we have several different bonus systems that you as an employee can take part in.
Flexible working life
The opportunity to have flexible working hours applies to all employees at WSP and is viewed as an essential part of being able to meet different work life balance needs. Therefore, WSP offers flexitime agreements. We want to provide the opportunity for our employees to adapt their working day to both the working conditions and their free time.
