WSP offers a digital tool for monitoring and presenting compliance with Swedish and international laws. By identifying, checking and monitoring legislation we provide guidance in several legislation areas: environmental, occupational health & safety (OHS), food safety and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Thanks to our global network of environmental specialists and lawyers, we currently offer legislation monitoring in over 100 countries on all continents.

Your legislation monitoring

WSP compliance monitoring

We facilitate and streamline your work relating to legislation compliance. Our digital tool provides a convenient and structured working method for managing both national and international compliance monitoring. By means of customised compliance registers we can help you to identify, check, monitor and follow up on relevant legislation. The compliance registers are designed to match the requirements for certification of management systems for ISO 14001 (environment), OHSAS 18001 (occupational health & safety), ISO 22000 (food safety) and ISO 26000 (social responsibility).

For those not aiming for certification, our digital tool can be used to produce specific compliance registers or checklists covering selected topics. This is a highly desirable and much valued function for a number of our clients.

WSP offers customised compliance registers and a contact person with legal expertise who will assist in keeping your compliance registers up to date. Our service includes clear summaries of the legislation, links to the full-text legislation and clarification of how your business is affected by the legal requirements. For assurance that you are not missing any important amendments, we will keep you informed of legal updates affecting your compliance registers. Our compliance monitoring service covers EU regulations, national laws and regulations, and the monitoring service is fully adapted to the client’s wishes and requirements.

Our digital tool is a cloud-based service that can be used by an unlimited number of users throughout the client’s organisation. The functions of the tool facilitate systematic compliance work, and relevant legislative changes can be followed up directly in the tool. Using the tool’s audit module, it is possible to manage internal and external compliance audits with the client’s compliance registers, checklists or non-conformances as a starting point. The charts in the audit tool can then be used as communication material both within and outside the organisation to ensure a good overview and follow-up platform.

WSP can also assist with

  • Compliance monitoring and compliance registers for over 100 countries
  • Training courses covering environmental and occupational health & safety legislation
  • Audits of management systems and compliance audits.
