At WSP, we are committed to driving gender balance across our offices.  As announced in our 2019 -2021 Strategic Plan, we aim to increase the percentage of management positions held by women to 30%.  More recently, we have become the first professional services firm in the Americas to secure sustainability-linked terms for its syndicated credit facility with our commitment to gender balance, as one of three key parameters.
