In her new position, Ms. Hall will lead the design and management of drainage facilities for transportation projects.
A project manager and senior drainage engineer, she has considerable experience with the design and construction of roadway and railroad infrastructure. Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, she was a senior drainage engineer in the Salt Lake City office of an international organization, supporting civil infrastructure development of storm drain and utilities for roadway and rail transportation projects across the U.S.
A licensed professional engineer in Utah and Georgia, Ms. Hall earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Idaho State University. She is a member of the Women’s Transportation Seminar.
