Mr. Kelly is president and chief executive officer of the U.S., Central and South America region of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization. He oversees a workforce of 7,600 employees in more than 100 offices. Some of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff’s recent projects in the greater Philadelphia region include the master plan for the redevelopment of 30th Street Station in Philadelphia; construction inspection services for the “missing link” of I-95/I-276 north of Philadelphia; the widening of a 35-mile stretch of the New Jersey Turnpike in Burlington County, New Jersey; and the replacement of the Bear Tavern Road and Jacobs Creek bridges in Mercer County, New Jersey.
The CEO Council is an initiative of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, influencing regional and national policy through advocacy.

Active in the infrastructure services industry, Mr. Kelly frequently speaks on engineering and construction issues and is a member of the executive boards of many leading industry organizations. Elected to the National Academy of Construction in 2014, he is also a member of the Construction Industry Roundtable and on the board of directors of the New York Building Congress, Regional Plan Association, the Association for the Improvement of American Infrastructure and the Design Professionals Coalition.
Additionally, Mr. Kelly has earned degrees from Temple University and the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
