In his new position, Mr. Davis will provide senior leadership and project management for transportation and environmental planning projects and support the growth of these practice areas across the Midwestern U.S.
Mr. Davis has nearly three decades of experience as a transportation and environmental planner. He has led environmental impact statements and assessments for roadway/freeway improvements, international border crossings, bridge rehabilitations and replacements, and has been the project manager for high-level planning and environmental linkage studies.
His prior expertise also included bus rapid transit studies and final design, complete street studies, economic strategic planning, freight planning, and multimodal facilities. Before joining WSP, he was vice president at CDM Smith, where he was responsible for project management, business development and business operations.
Mr. Davis has a bachelor of science degree in environmental science and management from Indiana University at Indianapolis. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
