Rita Dolan is named a senior project director in the Chicago office of WSP USA, formerly WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, leading engineering and professional services organization.


In her new position, Ms. Dolan will lead the growth of the environmental practice in Chicago, overseeing the implementation of environmental projects, including site investigation and remediation, environmental compliance, transactional support and due diligence. She has more than 30 years of experience implementing environmental engineering and consulting projects such as investigations, feasibility studies, remediation, and construction oversight. Prior to joining WSP, she was president of Greenwood Environmental Consulting, Inc., a firm she founded in 1996.

A licensed professional engineer in Illinois, Ms. Dolan received an M.S. in environmental engineering from Manhattan College and a B.S. in chemical engineering from Columbia University. She is a member of the Water Environment Federation.
