In his new position, Dr. Khatri will be the resident engineer in-charge of the Central De-Icing Facility Project, which is part of the O’Hare Modernization Program.
Dr. Khatri has extensive experience managing transportation and infrastructure projects, including construction, rehabilitation, testing, design and research. He has served as a resident engineer and project engineer on major infrastructure projects ranging from highways and bridges to urban city streetscapes. Prior to joining WSP, Dr. Khatri was a resident engineer with a Chicago firm, responsible for managing multi-million-dollar Illinois Department of Transportation and Illinois Tollway projects.
Dr. Khatri received a doctorate in civil and environmental engineering and a master of science degree in construction engineering and management from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a bachelor of science degree in construction engineering from the University of Bombay, India. He is a member of the American Society of Construction Engineering.
