In her new role, Mrs. McGlinn, who is based in Tempe, Arizona, will be responsible for leading transportation infrastructure operations in the region, which includes Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas, to ensure that projects are managed to meet client objectives. She will lead enhanced project reviews for large, complex program management projects to assess financial performance, risks, opportunities, staffing and client satisfaction. She also will work closely with area managers to meet the region’s overall business objectives, including staffing, project performance and financial targets.
Mrs. McGlinn brings extensive knowledge of project accounting, project operations and regional business planning to her new role. Since joining WSP more than 20 years ago, she has held progressively responsible management positions. Originally a billing clerk while completing college, she subsequently served the Tempe office as a project administrator, administrative manager and human resources administrator before being promoted to regional management roles.
Mrs. McGlinn received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Arizona State University. She is a member of the Women’s Transportation Seminar.
