Shannon Williams is a lead water resources engineer in the Portland, Oregon office of WSP USA, formerly WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization.


In her new position, Ms. Williams will oversee projects involving stormwater management, drainage conveyance systems, water mains, sanitary sewer systems, and pump stations. She has nearly 17 years in the environmental field, with extensive experience in regulatory agency permitting, construction management and compliance as well as project / program management. Prior to joining WSP, she was an environmental compliance manager, project manager, and water resources designer in the Portland office of a national engineering firm.

A licensed professional engineer in Oregon and Washington, Ms. Williams received a bachelor of engineering degree in environmental engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. She is a member of the American Public Works Association.
