ATLANTA AND RALEIGH — Bradley Reynolds and Steven Sheffield have joined the traffic engineering team for the Southeast U.S. region at WSP USA, a leading engineering and professional services consultancy.
Reynolds, who is based in the Raleigh, North Carolina office, serves as regional traffic and ITS lead for the firm’s Southeast region. In this role, he is responsible for management, growth and development of the region’s traffic/ITS team and operations. He will have a key role in project delivery, including overseeing and managing key projects, and ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
Sheffield is the Georgia traffic lead in the Atlanta office, where he serves as project manager for traffic/ITS engineering projects throughout Georgia. He also leads business development activities to support the firm’s growing Georgia business.

Reynolds is a graduate of North Carolina State University, from which he received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; and Appalachian State University, where he earned a master’s degree in business administration. Prior to joining WSP, he served as an associate engineer for a transportation engineering firm in Raleigh. Prior to that, he served for more than 10 years as transportation project manager for a Raleigh-based engineering firm, where he led, managed, and delivered transportation planning and engineering projects.
Sheffield graduated with a bachelor’s degree in urban systems engineering from George Mason University. He brings extensive experience with transportation projects, most recently serving as a senior traffic specialist for a Duluth, Georgia firm, where he collaborated on projects for the Georgia Department of Transportation. He also served as the traffic operations division manager for the Douglas County Board of Commissioners.
