With the acquisition of Irvine, California-based tk1sc, WSP USA, a leading engineering and professional services consultancy, has increased its property and buildings presence on the West Coast to five times the previous level.
The addition of tk1sc to WSP grows the firm's existing property and buildings teams in Los Angeles and Seattle, while adding new locations in Irvine, Riverside, San Diego and San Jose.

“Becoming a member of WSP is great news for our clients, company and employees. By joining WSP, we will be able to provide additional opportunities for employees to grow, expand our client base and play a key role in developing WSP’s building sector on the West Coast,” said Roger Carter, chief executive officer at tk1sc.
“WSP’s market focus and services are well matched with ours, but they bring a diverse national and international platform and perspective that will benefit our local clients and add to our offerings,” added Ray Swartz, chief financial officer at tk1sc.
