Nick is the director of the firm’s developing markets and enterprise management and strategy practice, which provides clients with critical operations assessments, enterprise analytics and dashboard support, strategic planning, as well as organizational alignment and transition management.
He also offers a strong background in funding and financial plans and manages related analysis for highway, tollway and transit projects, including project feasibility studies for both private investment consortiums and public agencies. Nick has managed dozens of socioeconomic forecasting engagements and other revenue analyses, and he has participated in rating agency and investor presentations to support the underwriting of debt. He has led public-private partnership financial analyses and procurements for toll revenue-based concessions and availability payment based concessions.
Nick holds a master’s in business administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
