Warren Andrews leads the power delivery practice, providing project and program management, design and construction-phases services for transmission, distribution and substation projects across the U.S.

Warren has more than two decades of project management and electrical engineering experience covering the entire project development cycle, from preliminary and final design through installation and commissioning of electrical systems. He has managed, designed and commissioned power systems for educational, industrial, commercial, healthcare, and research facilities. He has also participated in major condition assessment survey projects, where his knowledge of industry standards and experience in validating electrical systems were essential. His experience includes oversight for a $1.8 billion capital program to expand and upgrade an existing power transmission network for a major energy supplier.

Warren holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Hofstra University. He is a registered professional engineer and a member of several industry organizations, including the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
