Chris Walker has more than 30 years of combined military and civilian experience with leadership concentrations in program, project and incident management. Under multiple state, federal, and private sector emergency contracts, Chris has orchestrated various emergency response efforts for hurricanes Maria, Irma, Harvey, Matthew, Irene, Katrina, Rita, Isaac and Sandy and Typhoon Soudelor, to name a few. He serves as Program Manager and Incident Commander for various U.S. Army Corps of Engineers missions under the firm’s USACE Emergency Power contracts for all 50 states and all U.S. territories. Most recently, Chis has managed WSP’s response effort for the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, as well as USACE emergency power and FEMA private property debris removal program activities after the earthquakes in Puerto Rico.
