Kurt Krauss provides comprehensive executive management leadership for key clients that are responsible for delivering complex, major infrastructure projects and client programs. He is also responsible for growing cross-sector collaboration in new industries and markets, including international opportunities.

Kurt brings more than 20 years of extensive strategic and financial management experience supporting the successful delivery of $14 billion of capital investments, including projects such as the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, Intercounty Connector and I-95 Express Toll Lanes, as well as enterprise-wide capital programs for agencies including the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority and Maryland Transportation Authority.

Kurt holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Maryland College Park as well as master's and bachelor's degrees in civil engineering from Bucknell University. He also holds a professional engineer's license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
