Following the successful integration of WSP’s and Louis Berger’s robust program management/construction management capabilities, Neal assumed leadership of this organizational unit that offer’s clients a broad range of services, including program/project management, program controls, project information management systems, construction engineering and inspection, and construction management.
Neal brings nearly three decades of varied experience in consulting engineering and business management leading successful delivery for our clients across the transportation, buildings, power and energy, emergency management, water and environment markets for U.S. federal, state and local government agencies and private clients. With the support of the WSP program and construction management team, he collaborates with clients, consultants and stakeholders throughout the entire life cycle of a project, developing solutions that address their specific needs.
Major programs and construction projects that Neal has led the delivery or pursuit of include the World Trade Center Reconstruction and Port Authority Bus Terminal Programs in New York City for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, construction engineering and inspection or the Reconstruction of the I-95/I-91/Route 35 Interchange in New Haven, Connecticut and Walk Bridge Reconstruction Program in Norwalk for the Connecticut Department of Transportation; and the construction inspection for the Reconstruction of I-440 in Raleigh for North Carolina Department of Transportation.
Neal is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering.
