David (Dave) Terry, a licensed geologist, has more than 30 years of professional experience conducting groundwater supply evaluations and assisting municipalities and water purveyors address their water supply needs and concerns. He currently directs hydrogeologic services and is responsible for the operations, strategic planning and technical project delivery for water & environment.

Dave is responsible for the investigation and project management of water resource evaluations, subsurface investigations related to groundwater resource development and planning, assessment of aquifer characteristics evaluating contaminant sources affecting water supply wells and wellhead protection projects. he has extensive experience in performing complex hydrogeologic assessments using numerical groundwater flow and transport models, and has served as an expert witness as a groundwater modeler in State and Federal Court. He assists water supply clients in managing water quality and regulatory compliance issues and has provided treatment solutions for conventional and emerging contaminants.

Dave received M.S. degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from Binghamton University and serves as a technical instructor where he has provided certification courses in water resource and groundwater subjects for the New Jersey Water Association, American Water Works Association and Rutgers University. He is a Licensed Site Remediation Professional in the State of New Jersey.

In his previous role, Dave served as the President of Leggette, Brashears & Graham, Inc. a groundwater and environmental services firm acquired by WSP in 2017.
