CityCenter is a 20 million square foot development including hotels, casinos, luxury apartments, a 600,000 square foot convention center, a theater and many high-end retail spaces. WSP USA was responsible for the vital building systems infrastructure to support significant areas of this vast development, including the central plant.
At 43 storeys, Strata SE1 was the tallest building in south London when it was completed. It is home to more than 1,000 people and is the first ever building with wind turbines integrated into the building form itself.
Home to the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts, the nine-story, state-of-the-art stadium features a fully retractable roof and offers seating for up to 63,000 spectators. Totaling 1.8 million square feet, seating can be expanded to accommodate 75,000 people for larger events. WSP USA provided MEP engineering and lighting design for the project.
