Market Square Arena

This new residential project will be the tallest modular building in the world at 32 stories. Off-site fabrication of the units will be completed at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, before being transported and constructed on the project site. The building will contain 350 units and is being built as part of the 22-acre Atlantic Yards development.

CityCenter is a 20 million square foot development including hotels, casinos, luxury apartments, a 600,000 square foot convention center, a theater and many high-end retail spaces. WSP USA was responsible for the vital building systems infrastructure to support significant areas of this vast development, including the central plant.

At 43 storeys, Strata SE1 was the tallest building in south London when it was completed. It is home to more than 1,000 people and is the first ever building with wind turbines integrated into the building form itself.

Home to the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts, the nine-story, state-of-the-art stadium features a fully retractable roof and offers seating for up to 63,000 spectators. Totaling 1.8 million square feet, seating can be expanded to accommodate 75,000 people for larger events. WSP USA provided MEP engineering and lighting design for the project.

The Willia Tower will be a state-of-the-art multifamily high rise near Spotts Park in Houston.

Located in Lower Manhattan's Battery Park City, the LEED Platinum Verdesian is an icon of sustainability. The 300,000 sf building became the first residential (rental) facility in the country to receive a LEED Platinum rating. The building contains 253 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments.

Soon to be New England’s tallest residential building and the third tallest in Boston, One Dalton is a 62-story tower providing 500,000 square feet of residential space and 350,000 square feet of five-star hotel space for the Four Seasons.

The project is located at the former Lone Star Brewery site in south San Antonio and consists of a mixed-use development including retail, office, multifamily and entertainment.

The new Diablos Rojos del Mexico stadium in Mexico City, Mexico, has set high goals for sustainability and performance.

This residential project involved the adaptive re-use of the former AAA headquarters. The project was designed using the Greenpoint rating system to environmental and energy efficiency standards to meet the City of San Francisco’s green building code.
