Completed in 2018, Salesforce Tower has redefined the San Francisco skyline. It is the tallest tower in San Francisco and the focal point of the Transbay redevelopment area that includes commercial, housing, retail and entertainment facilities.

CityCenter is a 20 million square foot development including hotels, casinos, luxury apartments, a 600,000 square foot convention center, a theater and many high-end retail spaces. WSP USA was responsible for the vital building systems infrastructure to support significant areas of this vast development, including the central plant.

The project is located at the former Lone Star Brewery site in south San Antonio and consists of a mixed-use development including retail, office, multifamily and entertainment.

This fast-track project converted the landmark 800-room Plaza Hotel into 182 luxury private residences, 282 hotel rooms and suites, and high-end retail space, all requiring different technical solutions.
