With future population growth and a focus on prosperous, connected and sustainable communities, ensuring the quality of water and safety of wastewater collection and treatment is increasingly important for the wellbeing of future generations.
Gippsland Water has recently appointed WSP to provide functional and detailed design addressing the site constraints, safety and operational issues faced by the existing Sale Outfall Sewage Pump Station. Our team will assess the overall capacity of the 30km Sale-Longford-Dutson delivery system with a view to improve the reliability and ability to cater for wet weather events and future growth.
The strength of our multidisciplinary wastewater treatment team is demonstrated by our work on two of the largest wastewater treatment programs currently in Australia – Logan Water Infrastructure Alliance in QLD and Lower South Creek Treatment Program in NSW.
